PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: June 30, 2026
At the developer portfolio and hosting platform of Indrajit Auddy ("we," "our," "us"), protecting the privacy and security of your personal data is a top priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you visit our website, collaborate with us on software development projects, or purchase game server hosting.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your interactions with our site, and from third-party services.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration: When creating a gamer profile, we collect your name, email address, password hashes, and system preferences.
Client Consultations & Contracts: If you hire us for custom software development or systems architecture, we collect business names, billing addresses, tax identifiers, project source code repositories, and communication logs.
Payment Details: All financial transactions (e.g., wallet top-ups or plan purchases) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers; we only store payment reference tokens, transaction amounts, and currencies.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
System & Activity Logs: We collect server connection logs, terminal command logs, IP addresses, browser agents, operating system details, and timestamps to prevent platform abuse and monitor node performance.
Cookies & Storage: We use local browser storage and secure session cookies to verify authentication tokens, maintain your account theme preference (dark/light), and remember your selected regional location.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information to:
Provision, run, and scale Minecraft container instances and game servers.
Send critical transactional updates (e.g., wallet alerts, contract milestone invoices, and server deletion notifications).
Build, test, and deploy custom software products for our engineering clients.
Debug system performance issues, check container outputs, and track concurrent online player counts in real-time.
Protect the security of our hypervisors and prevent network intrusion attempts.
3. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share information only under the following circumstances:
Payment Processors: To verify and complete financial transactions for hosting renewals or deposits.
Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or government regulation, we may disclose information to protect our intellectual property or user safety.
Infrastructure Partners: Non-identifying technical data may be shared with cloud hypervisor networks (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or Hetzner) to scale local server node deployment slots.
4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Client Project Code: Custom software build files, databases, and assets are retained in secure, access-controlled repositories during development and handed over permanently upon contract completion.
Game Server Data: If your server remains unpaid, we retain server data configurations for up to 2 months to allow payment recovery. After 2 months, files are permanently deleted.
Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your profile at any time. Confirming account deletion will immediately wipe all active Minecraft server containers, configurations, database rows, and payment history.
5. SECURITY MEASURES
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical controls to protect your data, including:
SSL/TLS encryption for all client-to-server API traffic.
Salted password hashing algorithms.
Isolated container environments for each game server node to prevent cross-container directory access.
However, no security measure is 100% foolproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute transmission security.
6. YOUR RIGHTS (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and Regional Laws)
Depending on your residency, you may have the right to:
Access, edit, or receive a copy of your personal data stored with us.
Request restrictions on processing or object to automated profiling.
Withdraw consent for transaction notifications at any time.
To exercise these rights, please get in touch with us through the portfolio contact interface.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal information.
